PI简介

高翔

  理学博士,现为山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划国际合作等项目,入选中部组“青年千人”、山东省“青年泰山学者”,获得“国家自然基金委优秀青年基金”和“山东省杰出青年基金”资助。2007 年本科毕业于山东大学生命科学学院。2012 年博士毕业于清华大学,师从施一公教授,对肠道病原微生物抗酸性系统中的一个膜蛋白转运底物的分子机制进行研究,揭示了肠道病原微生物一类抗酸性系统的作用机制。为了深入研究肠道病原菌与宿主的相互作用及致病机理,2012-2017在耶鲁大学,与Jorge Galan 教授合作开展博士后研究工作,以沙门氏菌、致病性大肠杆菌等肠道病原菌为研究对象,围绕“病原微生物致病机制”这一重要科学问题开展研究。阐释了肠道病原微生物通过与宿主共进化来适应宿主以及人伤寒沙门氏菌引发伤寒的分子机制和生物学意义,为开发新型抗菌药物提供了思路和靶点,为优化人伤寒沙门氏菌的动物模型提供了新的突破口和理论基础。以通讯作者或第一作者/共第一作者身份发表研究论文24篇,包括 1 篇 Science(2009),2 篇Nature (2010,2013),1 篇Cell (2014),1 篇 Cell Host & Microbe (2016),2篇 Nature Microbiology (2017、2021) 和Toxins (2020)等。并受邀与Jorge Galan 教授合作撰写综述论文 1 篇。其中 2 篇被国际论文评估机构 Faculty of 1000 推荐为“必读”论文, 1 篇(Nature,2013) 被 Nature 同期配文推荐,1 篇(Nature Microbiology,2017) 被 Nature Microbiology 配文推荐。总引用超过1000次,H指数为10。 2011 年获吴瑞奖, 2014 年获耶鲁大学 James Hudson Brown - Alexander B. Coxef fellowship 奖,2015 年获美国 Blavatnik Regional Award Finalist 奖。

 2017年7月,加入山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室,开展肠道菌与宿主之间相互作用的分子机制的研究,并以此为基础探索调整肠道稳态的新策略。
